Inspired by Nestor, the wise king of antiquity and a symbol of memory, balance, and wisdom, “Nestos” is born in the heart of Puglia from Primitivo grapes rich in sun and tradition. Full-bodied, smooth, and enveloping, it is a wine that tells the story of time’s value and the depth of its roots.

TRAINING SYSTEM: Apulian sapling
HARVEST PERIOD: October
SOIL COMPOSITION: Deep, medium-textured clay-limestone soils

WINEMAKING: Cold pre-maceration, followed by approximately 15 days of maceration. Malolactic fermentation is completed.
AGING: In stainless steel.

FOOD PAIRINGS: Legume soups, vegetables and traditional Apulian bean soup.
SERVING TEMPERATURE: 18°C

 CHARACTERISTICS: Red-violet in color, with hints of wild berries and cherries.
