SOIL COMPOSITION: Medium-textured soils, predominantly calcareous clay of alluvial origin
WINEMAKING: Gentle pressing of whole clusters, followed by low-temperature fermentation to enhance the wine’s aromatic expression.
AGING: In stainless steel.
FOOD PAIRINGS: Appetizers, seafood and typical Sicilian dishes such as soups and fritto di paranza. Also suitable for risotto and main courses featuring oily fish.
SERVING TEMPERATURE: 12–14°C
CHARACTERISTICS: Straw yellow with brilliant reflections. Delicate aromas of zagara (citrus blossom), white peach and tropical fruits such as mango and papaya. Harmonious and well-balanced on the palate.
