Nebbiolo and Vespolina delle Colline Novaresi DOC

Grape Variety: Nebbiolo 70%, Vespolina 30%

Sizzano DOC is a historic wine from Alto Piemonte, made from the native Nebbiolo and Vespolina grape varieties.
Red in color with garnet highlights, it offers aromas of berries, violets, and spicy notes. On the palate, it is dry, harmonious, and slightly tannic with a lingering finish.

After vinification, our Sizzano is aged for 2 years in oak barrels and for at least 6 months in bottle.

Excellent with aged cheeses and meat-based main courses, it also pairs well with richer dishes such as roasts and braised meats. To enhance the complex structure of Sizzano DOC, we recommend uncorking at least one hour before serving at a temperature of 16-18°C.
