The Terroir – Terre della Baronia
Milazzo Classico is born in a unique terroir known as Terre della Baronia, comprising six contrade and approximately 50 different sub-areas.
Here, hillside climatic conditions and a remarkable diversity of soils combine with the beneficial influence of a typically Mediterranean climate, characterized by mild winters and summers refreshed by a constant, gentle breeze.
Together with the distinctive climate of Campobello di Licata, these conditions allow the selected grapes to achieve full ripeness while preserving their freshness and aromatic character.
This distinctly Mediterranean expression is particularly evident in Milazzo Classico, reflecting the winery’s approach to both vineyard and cellar practices, all aimed at preserving and enhancing the character of the territory.
