Grape variety: Vernaccia Nera
Sweet. Produced entirely from dried grapes, it is only made in the best years, when the quality of the bunches is impeccable. A harmony of aromas, from the varietal scents to the ripeness of the wood and the evolution of time. A masterly balance between tannic texture, sweetness, acidity and structure. A true example of our basic idea: producing sustainable quality.

Training: simple guyot
Yield per hectare: 30 hl
Harvest: manual, second decade of October, selection of bunches for drying
Vinification: natural drying of the total grapes for 3 months, fermentation for 15 days in steel with indigenous yeasts at 24-26 °C
Maturation and aging: 24 months in steel, 36 months in oak, 12 in bottle
Avarage alcohol content in: 14% ABV
Characteristics: Ruby red with garnet highlights. Rich and intense aromas of dried plum and black cherry, dehydrated flowers and a finish of coffee and chocolate. Well balanced sweetness, great finesse and persistence Food pairings: chocolate dessert or with dark jam, blue and long-aged cheeses
Serving recommendations: 14-16 °C. Open the bottle 1 h before serving
