Grape Variety: 100% Nebbiolo

The name of our Colline Novaresi D.O.C. Nebbiolo rosé "Orezza" is a tribute to Dante Alighieri and is intended to evoke the "breath of wind" described by the Supreme Poet in the Divine Comedy. This delicious wine, with its distinctive pale pink color and orange highlights, is made from 100% Nebbiolo grapes grown in Ghemme, in mineral-rich, alluvial soil and clay.

On the nose, delicate aromas of small red fruits, citrus notes, pink grapefruit, and peach emerge. With a moderately dry and warm flavor, it possesses a pleasant softness, freshness, and savory character.

Our Orezza is aged for 5 months in stainless steel.

Excellent both as an aperitif and throughout the meal, it pairs well with a wide variety of first and second courses based on fish, white meats, and vegetables. The delicate aromas of Nebbiolo vinified as a rosé are enhanced by a moderately cool serving temperature of 10-11°C.

The label was designed by artist Enrica Pedretti.

Orezza is certified SQNPI (National Quality System for Integrated Production), a mark of sustainable quality.
